Feeling nervous about stepping in front of the camera? A lot of people feel that way but please don't worry. I promise I will do everything to put you at ease beginning with helpful preparation tips once you have booked your session. Throughout the session I will guide you on how to sit or stand, what to do with your hands and where to look so you don't need to worry about feeling awkward and not knowing how to pose. 


My mum ran her own hair salon for 50 (!) years so entrepreneurship is something that's in my blood. I love working with fellow business owners and learning about your specialism, talents and the journey into setting up your own business. We are likely to have a lot in common to chat about during your photo shoot!


I offer two personal branding packages for you to choose from depending on your needs and budget. If you just need one or two professional headshots for a LinkedIn or other work profile then scroll down to the bottom of the page for details of my studio headshot sessions.

Personal branding photography packages

Bespoke branding session - £550


  • Up to 2,5 hour session in a location of your choice. This can be for example your own studio, office, home, workshop or an outdoor location - or a combination of two of these
  • If you don't have your own workspace and would like to do the session or part of it indoors in a private space, I can source a suitable studio space for you (the cost will be added to your session fee)
  • We can capture relaxed headshots, lifestyle shots, behind the scenes shots and, if relevant, client shots and a small selection of products
  • Opportunity to have multiple outfit changes to maximise variety in your gallery


The session fee includes:

  • Full gallery of hand edited high resolution digital images (typically 60+) for you to download
  • Bespoke planning for your session with the help of a client questionnaire and a planning call
  • Styling and other preparation tips sent by email ahead of the session
  • Guidance on shoot locations, and location scouting if needed
  • Access to my growing stock image library to download and use any relevant images as you wish in your marketing


*The travel time between the two locations is included in your session time.


If you have staff members who you would like to also include in the photo shoot then please get in touch for a bespoke quote as we will need a little longer for your session.

Mini branding session - £195


  • Up to 1 hour session on Crystal Palace Triangle, SE19
  • Ideal for small business owners and freelancers who don't have their own office, studio or workspace (or it's not suitable for photos) and also for individuals who are employed but need some updated headshots that show more personality than studio headshots
  • We will take a variety of relaxed portraits and lifestyle working shots both indoors in a cafe or other public space as well as outdoors with different backdrops
  • The session fee includes 5 hand edited digital images of your choice from the full gallery. If you wish, you can purchase the full gallery (typically 40-50 images) after the photo shoot for an additional £200 or individual images at £30 each
  • Styling tips sent by email ahead of the session

Studio headshot session - £95


  • Up to 30 minute studio session
  • Held in my home studio in SE25 near Crystal Palace
  • Suitable for professionals who are mainly after just one or two good headshot photos for a LinkedIn or other work profile, biography or website
  • The session includes one digital image of your choice. Additional images can be purchased at £30 each
  • Preparation tips sent by email ahead of the session
  • My studio sessions are suitable for head & shoulders shots only which will be taken against neutral backdrops. If you are looking for a wider variety of images in different settings then I would recommend booking one of my personal branding photography packages above.

Pauliina is a London-based lifestyle photographer offering newborn, family, maternity, personal branding and event photography services. She covers a 10 mile radius from her home in Crystal Palace including all of South London and Central London, Bromley, Croydon and Sutton. For photo shoots further afield an additional travel fee may apply.
